J.Lo's still got the stomach for it

Jennifer Lopez
Abs-olutely raring to go ... Jennifer Lopez

JENNIFER LOPEZ's new single is cheesier than a ten-year-old Camembert.

But its accompanying video is much more welcome - if you turn the sound off, that is.
The Latina diva samples dreadful 1989 novelty record Lambada for her new track On The Floor.
I'm sure she's hoping it fares better than her last effort - 2009's Louboutins.
That dismal offering failed to graze the Top 100 on either side of the Atlantic.

Touching ... Jennifer Lopez

The glossy promo for her latest attempt at chart glory highlights one of the singer's most highly-prized assets - her toned tummy.
The singer arrives at a club in a chauffeur-driven car.
She begins the song with the line: "It's a new generation of party people / Let me introduce you to my party people in the club."
Then featured rapper PITBULL takes over as Jen wriggles around in a tight glittery all-in-one before reclaiming lead vocals.

She tells her followers: "If you're an animal then tear up the floor, break a sweat on the floor.
"Don't stop, keep it moving, put your drinks up."
You get the idea.

J.Lo then takes centre stage inside the venue, throwing speedy shapes in a leather bra and baggy trousers.

Bun-believable ... J.Lo and a dancefloor disciple
