Jay-Z Makes New York Times Best-Seller List

Jay-Z has just added another feat to his impressive resume: best-selling author.
Jay's "Decoded," which hit stores on November 16, has reportedly reached no. 3 in the Hardcover Nonfiction category on the highly coveted New York Times Best-Sellers List.
In addition to an aggressive promo run, Hov likely benefited from Oprah Winfrey cosigning his book. The talk show queen cited "Decoded" on her "Ultimate Favorite Things" list on her show three days after the book's release and bought copies for her entire audience.

Hov was bested by former President George W. Bush, whose "Decision Points" book, reached the top spot. Other notable charters include Rolling Stones member Keith Richards, whose "Life" follows Jay closely at no. 4, John Stewart's "Earth (The Book)" comes in at no. 9, while Bill O'Reilly's "Pinheads and Patriots" ranks at no. 11.
