Meet Kaiza Mohammed at Vino100, Maumee OH Meet & Greet Reception November 9 from 6-10pm “Four Tanzanian Artists to Exhibit in Ohio / Michigan Touring Show.”

 

 

4 Tanzanian Artists’ paintings are on exhibition thru November 30, 2010 at Vino100, 3355 Briarfield Blvd., Maumee OH.  The premier showing in northwest Ohio features a Meet & Greet the artist, Kaiza Mohammed from Zanzibar, Tanzania during the reception November 9 from 6-10pm.

(Briarfield Blvd is just west of I-475 – take the Salisbury/Dussel Exit.)

 

Kaiza Mohammed, Seif Soud and Tatu Hussein from Zanzibar, and Pendael Mollel from Arusha have been selected by the Arts Council Lake Erie West for their first group exhibition.  Director, Martin Nagy, says "These four young artists with their diverse styles of painting were chosen because they represent the high quality talent pool of young artists working in Tanzanian today.  The world needs to see their work and northwest Ohio will be among the first to do so." Artwork is for sale.  The exhibit will travel to the Ohio Department of Education headquarters’ main lobby in Columbus OH, from December 1-31, 2010.
