SHAMED Tiger Woods' No1 mistress has revealed how the golf rat enjoyed a secret sex romp with her on Christmas Day.

Party hostess Rachel Uchitel - whose fling with the star sparked his car crash row with wife Elin - said he gave her "lots of cash and hours of sex" as a present.

The billionaire sports legend has not been seen in public for more than a month since revelations broke of his cheating.

But Rachel has told a friend how they met for several passionate encounters mainly after dark at a pal's mansion in Florida over the festive period - with the beauty wearing a SKI MASK to avoid being spotted.

"He took care of me really good," said the 34-year-old brunette. "It was amazing and delicious.

"Tiger and I have been sneaking around for the last few days. It's been really hard - we have a condo at Palm Beach where we go."

Rachel confessed she believed Woods, 34, was a sex addict but that she sees him a "a superstud". And she bragged that he wants her to have his CHILDREN once he is divorced.

Rachel told her friend: "It is definitely over with his wife, they are getting divorced and he's agreed to give her $300 million (£187m) including all the houses."

"He has been sorting things out. We are soulmates. I just want it done. I want to start over again with him."

The golfer - who has lost several multi-million pound sponsorship deals over revelations of his string of lovers - plans to stay away from golf until 2012.

But it seems he can't stay away from Rachel. His £22million yacht Privacy has been moored a stone's throw from Rachel's family home in Palm Beach over Christmas.

Our source revealed: "Rachel told us that she sneaks out from her house to meet up with him in disguise - once she even wore a ski mask.

"They are so into each other that they will take risks to hook up. They are obsessed with one another. Tiger has told Rachel his wife Elin never really fulfilled his needs.

"But Rachel hasn't taken a moment to stop and think about the kids or Tiger's family needs. She can't wait for Tiger to divorce so that they can step out as a couple."

New York VIP party organiser Rachel confided in her pal that she believes Woods is addicted to sex.

"She wants him to get help for it, although she always boasted what an insatiable lover he was," said the friend.

"Even though some of us call him ugly, she sees him as a superstud able to satisfy her for hours on end.

"They had a pretty wild life. They looked to spice up things with other girls.

Many of us were shocked, as we all thought he was the most clean-cut family man on the planet."

But our source revealed how Rachel is "freaked out" that she might lose Woods because of the way she has been portrayed in the scandal.

"She is worried Tiger may fall out of love with her due to the attention," said the friend.

"She hates seeing her pictures being splattered in the papers, and is worried that the whole country feels she is a 'fat, ugly slob and tramp'.

"We've all told her that she is stunning, but at the moment her self-esteem is low.

"She fears all her friends are betraying her, and that even Tiger is distant."

The pal insisted Rachel was "not a good-time girl".

She said: "She is deeply in love with this man, and the excitement of their situation. She doesn't care that he has slept with other women.

"She feels they have a unique connection. She has even told us that Tiger and her want children together."

The beauty - who is friends with stars like American Idol TV host Ryan Seacrest - hopes to land a modelling deal on the back of her fame.

She has been on a hardcore fitness and diet regime to get into shape. Her sexercise routines with Woods seem to have ended by Wednesday as his yacht set sail from the private dock.

Sources say it is heading to the Bahamas. Rachel was believed to be making for New York or Los Angeles this weekend.

Woods' wife Elin, 30, has cut all ties with her husband after sensational revelations linking him to 18 mistresses.

She is now pressing ahead with the divorce plans and intends to start a new life near their old family home in Orlando within the next six months.

Woods has not seen his children - daughter Sam, two, and 10-month-old son Charlie - for a month due to Elin's concerns about his mental state.

She told pals: "He's not stable enough at the moment.

Meanwhile another of Woods' birdies - cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs - has told how he and Elin were sleeping apart as the marriage began disintegrating before his cheating was exposed.

At the same time, he was having a torrid affair with Jaimee.

A friend of Jaimee's told us: "The passion had gone out of the marriage and they were in separate bedrooms.

"He was getting so much sex elsewhere that he didn't need it at home, too."

Jaimee says she had sex with the star 20 times and was seeing him right up to the marriage split in November.

She told her pal how they first made love at a hotel in San Diego, California. "He just grabbed me and kissed me and we started taking our clothes off and did it," she said.

"Afterwards, he was like, 'You should probably go.' He told me that he has a hard time sleeping in the same bed with somebody. He said he he and his wife had separate rooms."

Jaimee, 24 - the first of Woods' mistresses to go public after a 31-month affair - also revealed how he begged her to cover up for him as his cheating was about to be uncovered.

He called her and said in a voicemail: "Hey, it's Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favour. Can you please take your name off your phone?

"My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So if you can, please take your name off that. "Just have it as a number on the voicemail. You got to do this for me. Huge. Quickly. Bye."

Woods met Jaimee in June 2007 and flew to see her in San Diego every few months.

She claimed their first liaison came days before he became a father for the first time.

The golfer has told aides he feels "helpless" and is "not in control of what is happening with his life".

A source told us: "He has been extremely moody, with his conversations to managers and friends as brief as possible.

"He has cut off others from his entourage. Even his caddie Steve can't get hold of him at the moment.

"And he's made it clear that he doesn't want to do anything on the golf course for a long time, even until 2012. He realised that his golf tour life has become a decadent, no holds barred non stop party.

"Some of us are worried he may never return."
