A brave little girl who is battling Leukemia got her wish: She met the President.
Jasmina and her mother, Thea, were scheduled to meet the Obama’s in November but Jasmina was too sick for the meeting. Fortunately, Jasmina’s condition improved to the point where doctors cleared her to travel on Wednesday.
The President spent 10 minutes in private with the family. Jasmina also received several keepsakes from White House.
Thea said her daughter has been smiling ear to ear since meeting President Obama.
