Mystery ... Tiger's mother-in-law was rushed to hospital from his home this morning
TIGER Wood's mother-in-law was rushed to hospital from the golf star's Florida home in the early hours of this morning.
Hospital staff said Barbro Holmberg was taken from the billionaire golfer's house at 2:36am US time to a hospital in Orlando following an emergency call.
According to local reports, she initially refused transport when medics arrived.
She was admitted to hospital with stomach pains, but her condition is not said to be life-threatening.
Mrs Holmberg, a politician, whose daughter Elin Nordegren is married to Tiger, was later released from hospital but it is not clear whether she returned home or had been transferred elsewhere.
A black Escalade — with a registration number similar to the car Tiger, 33, crashed last week — arrived at the Health Central Hospital shortly after Mrs Holmberg's ambulance with a younger blonde woman inside.
Mrs Holmberg has been staying with her 29-year-old daughter since news of her husband's infidelities have emerged.
Bondage
Witnesses told Orlando-based WFTV news service the younger blonde woman who was seen arriving at the hospital looked like Elin.
The incident comes after reports the latest woman Tiger has been linked with, porn actress Holly Sampson, has starred in a string of fetish movies, including bondage flicks.
The 36-year-old is well known on the adult film circuit for her roles in soft-porn titles like the Emmanuelle 2000 series — but using alias Nicolette Foster she also starred in lurid kinky affairs like Bound For Trouble, Tight Ropes, Bare Skin and last year's Descent Into Bondage.
Porn star Sampson has joined a list of six other women linked to dad-of-two Tiger.
Elin is said to have moved out of the mansion she shared with her husband after the latest claims.

It also emerged a cop who attended Tiger's car crash outside his Florida home 11 days ago sought a subpoena for the golfer's blood test results.
Prosecutors rejected the request over insufficient information.
Trooper Joshua Evans said a witness told him Tiger had been drinking alcohol earlier.
The witness is believed to be Elin. Florida cops have since ruled out alcohol as having been a factor in the crash.
Earlier yesterday it emerged porn star Holly told a web radio station in May she had slept with Tiger.
An adult film source said yesterday: "While nobody took much notice then, they certainly are now."
It is believed any romp was before Tiger wed in 2004.
