WHILE Beyonce was going down a storm in Somerset, former bandmate Kelly Rowland was raising the temperature at the BET awards.

The Destiny's Child singer showed off her superslim figure in a black bra and trousers as she sang Motivation at the Los Angeles ceremony.
And fellow performer Trey Songz was clearly impressed as he ogled her fine form.
Chris Brown won four awards on the night including the Viewer's Choice, although a technical hitch saw ex-girlfriend Rihanna announced as the winner.
A fan was brought on stage to announce the recipient but due to a glitch in the digital tablets that were being used instead of envelopes, she read out the wrong name.
Rapper Drake had already come up on stage to collect the gong on behalf of the Bajan singer when the mistake was announced.
R&B star Chris, who was convicted of assaulting Rihanna in 2009, took to the stage in a ridiculous pair of winged trousers.
He performed a medley of his hits and was joined on stage by Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes for their track Look At Me Now, which won Best Collaboration.

He was named Best R&B Artist and thanked his fans in a brief speech. He said: "I appreciate all the support. I know it's been a long road, so I appreciate every blessing in front of me."
Brown returned to the stage to join Big Sean on his song, My Last.
And he ended the show on a bicycle as host Kevin Hart, on a Segway, presented him with the Fandemonium award and the Viewers' Choice prize.

Ne-Yo, Nicki Minaj and Eve were also at the event. Will and Jada Smith brought children Willow and Jaden to the bash and their pal Justin Bieber was on hand to share a fizzy drink with the pair.
Lil Wayne presented the Best Female Hip-Hop Award to Nicki.
And the female star paid tribute to the rapper and producer who discovered her who was in prison when she won last year's prize.

She said: "I can't believe for the first time I get to share a moment like this with the person who saw me rapping on a staircase. Lil Wayne, I love you." Mary J. Blige opened the show with All Night long and Real Love and was joined on stage by Anita Baker for the classic Caught Up In The Rapture.
And another diva wrapped up the show, as a live feed from Beyonce's Glastonbury set was piped in.

BEYONCE was always going to struggle to win over the rock purists in the audience.

And asking them to sing Happy Birthday to a bloke called Steve three songs in didn't help.
But the pop fans amongst the hordes of punters watching her Sunday night headline slot on the Pyramid Stage loved every minute.
U2 were good on Friday, Coldplay brilliant on Saturday and the Houston diva made her own piece of Glastonbury history closing the festival on Sunday.

She opened with signature tune Crazy In Love to a shedload of fireworks as she danced energetically around the stage wearing a bum-skimming gold-sequinned jacket, black pants and stiletto boots.
The emotional star, the first female solo headliner at the Somerset event in a quarter of a century, then enthusiastically greeted the crowd.
She said: "I want you to know right now you are witnessing my dream.
"I always wanted to be a rock star and tonight we are all rock stars.

"Forget about your troubles, I wanna make beautiful memories. Glastonbury are you ready?"
She then launched into Single Ladies which put a smile on faces of the 175,000 fans in the crowd - and not just because it looked like there were three Sideshow Bobs dancing on stage.

New single Best Thing I Never Had and End Of Time were decent and her cover of Kings Of Leon's Sex On Fire sparked a massive sing-along, as she writhed across the floor on her knees.
Beyonce's famous pins got a bit of respite when she crawled on top of a piano to sing ballad 1+1.
A beautiful version of 2006 hit Irreplaceable followed, with Beyonce appearing close to tears.

She told fans: "I've done a lot of things in my life but I've never performed to 175,000 people.
"This is unbelievable."
The curly-haired star gave a shout out to her former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams before launching into a stunning medley of their greatest hits.
She then did pal Lady GaGa proud with a thumping version of their smash hit Telephone while flexing her toned pins at speed.

Her rendition of Eurythmics' Sweet Dreams, tagged on the end of her own song of the same name, made it feel a bit like watching the best wedding band in the world.

As for backing singers The Mamas? Michael Eavis will never forget their Papas.
Husband Jay-Z, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin who watched from the side of the stage must have been knackered.
You have to give her credit because her energy levels were incredible.
And a special mention for avoiding a wardrobe malfunction.
She said: "I need a moment to soak this in."
You can bet Michael Eavis did too...

GaGagged in the Lebanon

Banned ... Lady GaGa's Born This Way
Banned ... Lady GaGa's Born This Way

LADY GAGA hasn't managed to please everyone with her album Born This Way.

The CD may be at No1 in 21 countries including the UK but it has no chance of topping the charts in Lebanon.
It has been banned in the Middle East country after being deemed "offensive to Christianity".
A shipment of the album arrived there this week but was immediately impounded by authorities in the General Security department on grounds of taste.
GaGa has come in for some serious stick from religious groups in the US for the track Judas and in April the single was taken off radio stations in Lebanon.
It's lucky the New Yorker has no live shows booked there at the moment - I don't think that the crucifix on her leather undercrackers would go down very well at all.
That said, she's in her own force field in some of her outfits anyway...

Nicki Minaj Releases "Did It On 'Em" Internet Video

Nicki Minaj recently joined with director DJ Scoob to create an Internet video for Pink Friday’s “Did It On ’Em.” The clip features scenes from her performances during Lil Wayne’s I Am Still Music tour. It was shot over the course of two weeks and gives fans a peek a behind the scenes look at the emcee both on and off the stage. She tweeted to fans that it was a thank you for their support: “Just a way of saying thank u. I love u guys. Thank u for coming out. U guys gave me LIFE on the 'I am still music' Tour. xo4Life”

Rihanna Responds To "Man Down"

Rihanna is speaking out against critics who have blasted her for the controversial video to her latest single "Man Down." The pop singer took to Twitter earlier today to respond to the backlash she's been dealing with since the video premiered on 106 & Park this week. The video is about a young woman who seeks revenge against a man who raped her. It ends with a murder scene.

"I’m a 23 year old rockstar with NO KIDS! What’s up with everybody wantin me to be a parent? I’m just a girl, I can only be your/our voice! Cuz we all know how difficult/embarrassing it is to communicate touchy subject matters to anyone especially our parents! And this is why! Cuz we turn the other cheek! U can’t hide your kids from society, or they’ll never learn how to adapt! This is the REAL WORLD!," she wrote in a series of Tweets.

Rihanna continued her tirade, defending her right to artistic freedom of expression and advising parents to take full responsibility for raising their children. "The music industry isn’t exactly Parents R Us. We have the freedom to make art, LET US! It’s your job to make sure they don’t turn out like US.”

Topless Aniston is in the drink

Water babe ... Jennifer Aniston
Water babe ... Jennifer Aniston

GORGEOUS JENNIFER ANISTON sure has a lot of bottle as she poses topless in a new advert.

The tasteful black and white shot, to promote mineral water, is in stark contrast to recent raunchy images of the star.
The famously straight-laced actress, 42, paraded around in a racy bra, pants and suspenders set in scenes from her latest movie.
The adult excerpts saw her provocatively playing with an ice pop as well.
But there's no such questionable content associated with this shot.

The star gently cups a breast with her right hand while leaning on her left elbow. A hint of a smile plays across her lips as she looks at the lens.
Flick Horrible Bosses, released next month, sees Jen star as dentist Dr. Julia Harris, who's despised by her hygienist employee Dale, played by CHARLIE DAY.
Two of Dale's pals also work for intolerable bosses - KEVIN SPACEY and COLIN FARRELL - and the three hatch a plan to enact their revenge.
The unlucky-in-love actress was briefly linked to Hangover star BRADLEY COOPER recently, but remains single.
Water shame.

ELTON JOHN beams with pride - as he cradles blue-eyed baby son Zachary in his arms.

The five-month-old wore a jumpsuit matching his eyes as he accompanied his pop star dad and partner David Furnish to an art fair in Venice, Italy.
Elton, 64 - whose hits include Blue Eyes - did his best to match young Zachary with his shades.
