Mark, 24, needed a water bottle to cool off after making the most of his chance to ogle some beauties on a sunshine break.
The bar owner flew to Miami last month to get in shape ahead of the current series of the ITV2 reality show - on tonight at 10pm. Days later he proposed to Lauren Goodger, 24.
Meanwhile, Mark's ex Sam Faiers tries to make him jealous by snogging new boy Joey Essex.
