Looking trim ... Victoria Beckham at Christmas

DAVID and Victoria Beckham are expecting their fourth child - and she is hoping for a girl.

England hero Becks, dubbed Goldenballs, and his wife announced the pregnancy yesterday.
Their baby is due this summer and Posh, 36, has made no secret of wanting a sister for sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz.
Victoria's baby news stunned fans - because she had shown NO sign she was expecting.
Just weeks ago the ex- Spice Girl appeared to have a flat tum as she accompanied hubby David to the BBC Sports Personality of the Year bash.

Her tailored coat gave no clue that she was carrying a brother or sister for her three sons.
And at Christmas she looked as slim as ever when snapped in skin-tight leather trousers.
But yesterday Victoria and football ace David, 35, joyfully revealed they are expecting their fourth baby.
Becks posted on his Facebook page: "I've got some great news to tell you all. Victoria and I are expecting our fourth child this summer."
He added: "The boys are very excited about the arrival of a new brother or sister."
It is not known if she has had fertility treatment in the US, where the family lives - and where embryos can legally be screened to help parents choose a child's sex.

Victoria - whose baby bump with Brooklyn was plain to see at six months - left home in Sawbridgeworth, Herts, at 11am yesterday to break the baby news to parents Jackie and Tony at their home in nearby Goffs Oak.
Also there was her 34-year-old sister Louise Adams, who had her fourth child five months ago.
A source said: "She arrived at her parents' house beaming. There was a lot of hugging and a few tears.
Mum Jackie said: "We feel wonderful. Both our family and David's are extremely thrilled by the news."
Then she asked Louise if she could have some of her hand-me-down baby clothes - adding, 'I'll be needing some of your stretch maternity pants too'!"
Victoria had all three of her sons by Caesarean section and will have another as the health risks of a natural birth are too great after having the op several times.
Her agent said she will carry on working and is preparing for her fashion collection presentation in the US.
A friend of the couple said: "The whole family is really happy and thrilled.
"They are going to stay in the UK for a while, then go back to Los Angeles, where Victoria will have the baby."
Meanwhile Becks is due at Tottenham today, as it appeared his loan deal from LA Galaxy might go ahead.
  • BOOKIES Paddy Power were offering 5/6 last night on the Beckham baby being a girl.
