SEXY star Jennifer Lopez is tipped to take over as a judge on American Idol after Ellen DeGeneres quit.

Talk show host Ellen, 52, who was drafted in to replace Paula Abdul, is leaving after just one series. She said the show was not right for her.
Singer and actress J-Lo, is said to be keen to join American Idol.
Ellen's fellow judge Kara DioGuardi is also set to leave, although Randy Jackson's job is said to be safe.
Simon Cowell quit earlier this year to prepare for the launch of the US version of The X Factor.
