According to the Associated Press, songstress Beyonce is being sued for allegedly trespassing in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood during the filming of her "Why Don't You Love Me" visual.
Philip Markowitz, the resident that filed the suit, claims Beyonce and her film crew invaded his privacy and provoked unecessary noise and crowds.
Markowitz, who filed the suit on Friday (May 28), is asking for $25,000 in compensation.
Beyonce has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
