Hardman ... Sylvester Stallone broke his neck while filming The Expendables
NEVER question the authenticity of SYLVESTER STALLONE's injuries.
Online critics had a pop at the Rocky legend, claiming he had faked the extent of an injury suffered during a fight scene for new movie The Expendables to hype its release.

But the veteran action star has hit back, sending the site these incredible, brutal X-rays.
You can clearly see how severe the injury was.
A metal plate fixed to his neck with six screws is serious punishment for a 63-year-old. And it's all thanks to his co-star and top wrestler STEVE AUSTIN throwing him around.
Sly sent the images to the StalloneZone site from California's Marina Spine Center with the note: "For the doubters and the haters, a picture is worth a thousand words. You walk the walk, you pay the price."
He joked: "As bad as it was, at least we have it on film.
"The reason I was never seen in a neck brace is because I stayed at home for three weeks to heal."
What a lord.
