Could Mariah and Nick Cannon be expecting a little one?
That’s what everyone is wondering after Mariah abruptly pulled out of Tyler Perry’s film adaptation of Ntozake Shange’s 1975 play For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf.
Filming was set to begin next month, but Mariah’s rep told US Weekly magazine: “She is not doing the movie because her doctor advised her not to.” The rep added, “More than that I cannot comment further.”
Mariah is 41 and Nick is 29, it’s about time they get things poppin! Both have talked about wanting to start a family several times over the last year. Nick told US Weekly: “Her schedule is starting to calm down, you never know…in the next year or two, the rumors might come true.”
I still can’t believe their married (I’m sorry, he looks like her son!) so I definitely can’t imagine them having a kid, but we’ll wait for it.
