Happy couple ... Rene Angelil and Celine Dion
CELINE DION is pregnant with twins.
The Canadian singer, 42, is expecting her second and third child after months of IVF treatment.
Earlier this year, Celine confessed she had been left "bruised and numb" after undergoing four failed attempts by doctors to implant embryos in her uterus.
But her prayers have been answered after her sixth IVF treatment proved to be a success.
Husband Rene Angelil said: "We're ecstatic. Celine is hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one and the news we are having two is a double blessing."
Celine, who already has nine-year-old son Rene-Charles, is 14 weeks into the pregnancy and is expected to find out the sex of the babies next month.
The happy news comes almost 10 months after the My Heart Will Go On star announced she was expecting again - only to lose the baby last November.
