RIHANNA has revealed how her latest tattoo serves as a constant reminder to look on the bright side of life.
The star has spent 2010 bouncing back from her turbulent assault at the hands of ex-boyfriend CHRIS BROWN and their subsequent split.
And Rihanna - pictured top in London launching the Rock in Rio Madrid music festival - says her new body art acts an inspiration.
She revealed: "My new one says 'Never a failure, always a lesson' and is kind of my mantra to life, just a reminder.
"My life is just a crazy rollercoaster every day and whenever I read that it just reassures me."
