FOOTIE ace CRISTIANO RONALDO has named his baby son after himself, his family revealed last night.

Cristiano jnr is already said to look like his dad - and is set to be dressed in the ex-Man United star's own branded clothing range CR7.
Ronaldo reportedly handpicked a surrogate mother in the US in order to create his own "Mini-me" - and The Sun told yesterday how he had paid the lad's mum £10 million in "hush money".

The Portuguese striker, 25, is on holiday in the US with Russian model girlfriend IRINA SHAYK after leaving Cristiano jnr with his mum and sister.
They are staying in a rented £2.5 million villa on the Algarve, near Ronaldo's CR7 fashion boutique in upmarket Vilamoura.
Ronaldo's sister Katia said: "The baby is doing very well. We are looking after him while Cristiano is away. He's called Cristiano just like his dad.
"Cristiano chose the name but we like it. He looks like his father and like me. He has the same eyes."
Ronaldo caused shockwaves last weekend when he announced he was a single dad, and Katia added: "Some people may think it's strange, but we don't. We're very happy about what Cristiano has done."
