Truly knowing the value of her staff and showing her appreciation for them, Oprah Winfrey does it like no other.
The media maven celebrated the 10th anniversary of O, The Oprah Magazine in high style -- dropping into Hearst Publishing's New York City headquarters and giving each staffer an Apple iPad and personalized leather carrying case.
Each staffer also walked away with a $10,000 check from the billionaire lady boss.
"These were personal gifts to the staff from Oprah to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the magazine," a Hearst spokeswoman told Advertising Age.
The number of staffers who received the gifts was not released.
Last month, Winfrey -- who once famously gave away new cars to every member of her television talk show studio audience -- held a big bash at Radio City Music Hall to commemorate the lifestyle magazine's anniversary.
A partnership between Winfrey and Hearst Corporation, the first issue of O was published on April 19, 2000.
