JONATHAN Ross is going out with a bang - after booking David Beckham as his final chat show guest at the Beeb.

He called on Golden Balls after humourless BBC1 chiefs banned him from bringing on controversial pal Russell Brand.

We told how Wossy wanted Russell on to blather about their infamous Sachsgate incident that cost Jonathan £1.5million and saw Brand quit his Radio 2 show.
The close pals were hoping to use the last show to publicly discuss what happened in the incident where Ross left a message on actor Andrew Sachs' answerphone saying Russ had "f*****" his granddaughter.

But po-faced execs ruled it out, fearful of more complaints.
Instead soccer ace Becks will give Wossy a send off on the last Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on July 16.
The host has also lined up actor Jackie Chan and singers Prince and Tom Jones.
Cult actor Mickey Rourke - one of Wossy's favourite guests - is also set to appear on the show.
A source said: "It's all very top secret but Becks has been booked and he's really excited.

"It will be just after the World Cup so there will be plenty to talk about.
"Who knows - he may end up bringing on the World Cup if England manage to win it."
Wossy, who last night cuddled up to pop princess Kylie Minogue on his show, decided to leave the Beeb after a difficult period.
He was often criticised over his pay deal worth £18million.
Ross is now expected to take his chat show to ITV.
Bosses are offering him a £2million deal to front a programme on Fridays or Saturday nights after X Factor.
