Caught on tape! Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club is at the center of a police investigation after footage picturing roughly 10 security guards beating down two club-goers in the venue’s parking lot this past weekend, surfaced online. [Watch Here]
The clip clearly shows the bouncers taking turns kicking and punching two defenseless men as they slowly drag them through the lot. Authorities say charged are sure to be filed against the bouncers. The tape is presently being reviewed to finger the men who were involved in the beating.
Interestingly, the two victims were later arrested for disorderly conduct after the club's security told police that they were misbehaving inside 40/40. The two males denied any wrongdoing in the club or the parking lot.
"We can't comment on the fight,” a 40/40 rep told TMZ. “We are doing our own investigation in addition to the police investigation. It's really in the hands of the police at this point. The 40/40 club has never had anything like this happen before and we take the safety of our patrons seriously."
