Chris Brown has filed legal papers stating that he’s not responsible for an incident that took place at an L.A. Fitness workout facility in Los Angeles in May of 2009.
Los Angeles-based photographer Robert Rosen claims the Virgina native's bodyguards chased him throughout the workout facility and severely assaulted him once they got their hands on him. The incident reportedly took place a month after the Rihanna assault.
According to TMZ, Brown is claiming he’s in no way responsible for Rosen’s injuries during the brief scuffle. Chris’ legal documents, rather, point the finger at L.A. Fitness’ failure to properly maintain and supervise its place of business more thoroughly. According to the papers, Brown said that he shouldn't be expected to fork up money if a judge rules in favor of Rosen.
Chris is currently fulfilling dates for his “Fan Appreciation” Tour which ends December 15th in New York City at Nokia Theater.
