Milan say they'll get Becks back

AC MILAN are sure they can lure David Beckham back to the San Siro on loan in January.
Sources close to the England star say a deal has not yet been struck — despite reports in the Italian press.
But the Serie A giants believe they are in pole position to sign the 34-year-old LA Galaxy midfielder.
Milan director Umberto Gandini said: "We've done this before, don't forget. We have good relations with David, his representatives and also Major League Soccer."
Beckham's loan earlier this year was funded jointly by the player and Milan, but he has three or four other offers on the table in the run-up to next summer's World Cup.
However Milan, who have been prudent in the transfer market this summer after selling Kaka to Real Madrid, believe another loan spell would be perfect World Cup preparation for Beckham.
Gandini added: "We are very open. We are discussing the possibilities and we are aware of what David is thinking. We think we are going towards a deal.
"He's an icon, a brand. He's a lot of things for many people. For us he's an excellent player and we would like him back."
